Junior Lee Johnson, age 69 of Sneedville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, May 30, 2022. Junior was born on May 18, 1953, to Martha & Tillman Johnson.
Junior was saved at an early age at Pleasant Valley Church. Junior loved playing cards, fishing, watching racing and was known for the phrase “Margaret”
Junior was preceded in death by his parents Tilman & Martha Johnson and wife, Margaret and Great-grandbaby, Aiden Tyler Lee and special friends; Alfred Johnson, Jimmy Mabe & Johnny Swiney.
Junior is Survived by;
His Children; Son & Daughter-in-law; Johnny & Ann Bunch, Son & Daughter-in-law; Jerry (Duck) & Angie Johnson and Son & Daughter-in-law; Jack & Carrie Johnson
His Grandchildren; Taylor (Justin) Burke, Leigha (Tyler) Lee, Madison Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Lillian Bunch and Hayden Johnson
Great-grandchild; Olivia Lee

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 9:00pm at Swan Creek Baptist Church on Wednesday June 1st
A funeral service and celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm, Thursday, June 2nd at Swan Creek Baptist Church with Interment following at Barnard-Winkler Cemetery
Rev. Tommy Seals, Rev. Keith Holt & Rev. Jason Carroll will be officiating the service
Special music will be provided by Deanna & Fred Tankersley
Serving as pallbearers will be Lester Johnson, Larry Johnson, Kenny Johnson, Ray Joe Johnson, Tyler Johnson, Hayden Johnson, LB Johnson, Derrick Swiney, David Swiney, Jesse England, and Timber Seals
The family would like to say a special thank you to Jamie Anderson and Shannon Bell at Anderson Transport for the services they provided to the family going above and beyond to allow transportation for dad to spend time with the family over the past couple of years
Also, the family would like to say thanks to the staff of Sneedville Manor Nursing home
