Edward D. Alger Jr., age 88, of Sneedville, Tn. went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 14, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his father, Edward D. Alger Sr. and his mother, Freda A. Alger

Edward is survived by;

His loving wife of 45 years; Joanne M. Alger

His 7 children; Edie (Eugene) Jones, Ellen Rodes, Edward J. Alger, Rhett (Jen) Alger, Candice (Eric) Vesser, Jared (Jillian) Alger and Shannon (Adam) Pressley.

He was also loved and adored by his 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

His wishes were granted with a small private family graveside service.
