Betty Lee Greene, 84, went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2020. She was a lifetime member of Cool Branch Baptist Church and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved life, especially gardening, reading, birds, flowers and her Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Betty was born on September 19, 1935 in Hancock County Tennessee. She spent her entire life there. She worked at the Drive Inn in Sneedville for many years where she made numerous friends. She especially
enjoyed being around people and everyone loved her cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband Fayne Greene, parents, John and Myrtle Davis, Sister, Kathlean Lamb and brother Bill Davis. Children, sons, Allen Greene, Roger Greene, and daughter Joanie Barber.
She is survived by;
Daughters; Judy (Bill) West, of Morristown and Joy (Teddy) Collingsworth of Treadway.
Grandchildren, Evan Erwin (Cari), of Florida, Lindsey Lamb (Brad) of Sneedville, Theo Collingsworth (Stefanie) of New Tazewell, Lana McDaniel, (Jim) of Knoxville, Rodney Mullins, of Sneedville, and Leah Mathis of Georgia
Several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the McNeil Funeral Home Chapel
