Reba Jeannette Ramsey

Reba Jeannette Ramsey, of Sneedville, TN passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born a “bona fide Clinchmanite” on May 13, 1948. After graduating from Hancock Co. High, she attended East Tennessee State University with a degree in education. She loved her vocation and she loved her students! Preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Mearl Ramsey, brothers Wright and Michael Ramsey. She leaves behind her son, Jason Moreno and siblings Rosemary Cox, John L. (Mona) Ramsey, Annette (Tom) Cutchen, Patricia (Archie)Thomas, Joe (Belinda)Ramsey and Susan (M.W.) Rhyne. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Reagan, Jazlyn, Jadon and Ciera and great granddaughter, Zara, aunts Faye Maynard and Phyllis Quigley. She loved her host of nieces and nephews. At this time, no service is scheduled.
